The ChocoMa 2T is widely used throughout the world and is one of the easiest chocolate tempering machines to use.
The chocolate is melted, tempered, stored, and transfered to moulding machines. The heavy stirrer provides a clean scraped inner surface and an efficient mix of chocolate. Powerful heating elements and efficient cooling ensures a short tempering period of approx. 60 minutes.
The melting and tempering process is continuously monitored by controllers that show the current temperature of the chocolate. The draining process takes place through an electrically heated valve, which prevents the formation of chocolate lumps.
