Deck Ovens are designed to have multiple (in this case 4) baking chambers – allowing large quantities of product to be baked at the same time. Each chamber has a deck which food is cooked upon. Deck ovens are usely found in Pizza shops, bakeries and restaurants.

This Vanguard 4 High Crown Deck Oven will reach temperature of 300 degrees and features stone baking soles & manual controls. Consists of 4 decks each taking 2 x trays. Tray size 18 x 30 inches.

Has been fully refurbished and serviced by our own engineers. Runs from a 3 phase electricity supply.
