This drawer hot cupboard enables hot food to be prepared in advance of the anticipated serving time and is suitable for almost any catering establishment. They are especially ideal for outside caterers, hotels, party catering or anywhere you have peak demand.
Each drawer holds one 1/1 full size gastronorm container which enables you to transfer your food from the oven to the hot cupboard and from the hot cupboard to the serve over unit.
It is controlled by thermostatical temperature control and has an integral water tray in the base of the unit which keeps the food at an optimum condition until it is ready to be served.
These hot cupboards are very robust and made from high quality stainless steel.
