This all in one cooking centre allows you to cook without burdening your kitchen with different equipment, allowing fewer staff to be used and increasing cooking efficiency.
The cooking speed can be up to 3 times faster than conventional methods due to the fast heat up and recovery times.

The easy to use Touchscreen controls are fully programmable with 6 cooking functions, allowing you to do:
pressure cooking, pressure steaming, frying, fry top contact cooking, slow cook, boiling, and to use it as a bratt pan.
Your food retains its nutrients and colour and is preserved in the absence of air, allowing longer food storage time, and product remains in its own juices and flavours.
Grilling. The non stick surface is also ideal for searing, griddle cooking and frying.
The multi cooker is fitted with a melting and heating system to avoid overheating.
Braising. Your chef can cook products at low temperature overnight by simply setting the required temperature and the probe will do the rest, with an audible alarm letting you know when the product has reached the set temperature.
The Composite material used prevents product sticking to the pan and means the operator does not have to keep turning and stirring.
The 304 stainless heating elements are embedded into a block of aluminium, producing even heat distribution.
With its motorised tilting pan and the retractable hand shower, the multi cooker is very easy to clean.
