The surface temperature ranges from 50 to 400 degrees centigrade and also has a recessed perimeter in order to contain spills
In addition, the range has a powerful 6 kilowatt conventional electric oven with a cooking chamber of 535mm by 650mm by 300mm high and a temperature adjustment from 100 to 330 degrees centigrade
