You are looking at an Electrolux Professional E7 Countertop Induction Hob
The Induction hob is 5kW and has a 6mm glass-ceramic cooking surface
Power to the zone can be set from both lower to upper level
The smooth glass ceramic plate is not directly heated so there is no burning on cooking surface and also has an IPX4 water protection rating.
It also has automatic pan detection which only transfers power when pan is present
The dimensions of the Wok induction are: 400mm wide x 250mm high x 730mm deep
